[NA] Has anyone's Encyclopaedia Eorzea shipped yet?

I ordered mine with overnight shipping yesterday morning at 10am pst, and my order still says "Preparing Order". I tried contacting SE for an update but am not receiving any replies, so I wanted to ask, has anyone else had their copy ship yet?

Have not ordered yet as shipping to Canada i heard is expensive.
I imagine demand is very high

I would imagine it would take least one day processing.

Mine just says validated and preparing.

Same, still waiting for it to change.

Same here -- nothing outside the change from pending preorder yesterday. Hoping it comes this week.

Still stuck in Processing.. guessing/hoping it'll shift to something else tomorrow.

This is what support told me:
Due to the huge amount of orders recived for this product the delivery could be delayed few days, we're preparing your order to be shipped as soon as possible and we will contact you again with a tracking ID soon as the carrier send it to us to allow you to follow the status of your order.

To be fair, you can't compare a small boutique shop like the SE store with something like Amazon, which has frickin robots packing and shipping things at warehouses across the country.

Most smaller shops take a few days to process and ship out orders.
