Steps:
1. Use a maximum HP altering ability/buff (Defiance, Thrill of Battle, Vitality Potion, etc.) before the cast bar of Cruiser Chaser's ability Photon
2. Cancel the maximum HP altering ability/buff as Cruiser Chaser's ability Photon activates
3. Player dies

Expected Result: Player should be reduced to 1 HP
