Glamour Issue.

I'm sure this might be a RARE request but, The Black mage and White mage Weapons from the Lightning Event are Wands and Since we are Unable to glamour Wands onto Staffs it would seem a waist to Leave these weapons as they are, It would be nice to get them a two handed Staff version just like the primal weapons got.

The problem is, those weapons are based directly on their FFXIII counterparts where they were single-handed weapons only, meaning it's virtually impossible to change them to a 'two-handed' staff version. Sadly I do not see them changing this - the fact ROG/NIN, MCH, DRK and AST did not even get FFXIII-themed weapons shows that SE do not have plans to change them I'm afraid.

Well keep in mind they DID change the moogle weapons from one-handed to two-handed due to the fact that we will never have one handed whm/blm weapons again (Since those were originally 1.X things from what I know), and that the XIII weapons are in the mog station from what I remember. It's not 'entirely' un-thought of that they'd think about making it two handed.

If no one buys them BECAUSE they're one handed, it's basically being made worthless in the mog station, right?

I would just like the ability to use 1h whm/blm weapons to glamor on top of 2h weapons...

Like we can with the multi slot body pieces...

Actually Vanille's weapon (which is the CNJ wand I believe) was larger in XIII and shrunk down to allow single hand use in XIV. A larger 2-handed version would be simple and closer to the original. But like others have said I highly doubt they will take the time to go back and redo it.

They probably would do this if there was enough demand for it. It would most likely be monetized, those of us who did the lightning event in game to get the original weapons would still have to buy the two-handed re-designs.

Although... I haven't seen a lot of requests for two-handed versions of these specific weapons lately, and given that the weapons were originally designed for FFXIII, if the dev team needed permission from the original creators of the content before they can make the edits then it might not be worth the trouble unless a significant number of players are asking for it to happen.

Personally, I'd like to see two-handed versions of both. There's been a couple times when I felt like the blm weap would complete a glamour set if only it was two-handed or could be glamoured over a two-handed staff. It's really cute, and the whm one looks nice too.

I also have a Glamour issue, and its an OLD one, like 2.0 old -

Why is Coronal Wristband is placed in the Hand slot and not in Wrist slot if its a "wrist" band? This been a HUGE error for long time.
Can the team fix this and have it placed in the wristband slot and not in the hand slot? it just makes no sense at all. Especially a bit of a headache for us "Glamour Adventurers".

I feel it should be a quick fix since there's some tad similarities compare to the 2.0 High Allagan Wristbands.

I suspect this is purely for animation reasons. They linked it to 1 handed animations because it made sense, it would be silly to make specific 2handed versions of the animation, and if they were to invest the time in a 2handed animation, it would be best if it served multiple purposes for other weapons in the future, that they would actually use. It's not impossible though, just unlikely. (bang for buck, if the ff13 weapon is going to require a whole new animation for that style of weapon, why make it, if it is literally the only one in the game that will use it?)

As far as the wrist thing is concerned,for the Coronal Wristband, I'm assuming they assumed you wouldn't want to wear "gloves" while wearing that, or you wouldn't see the flower and people would complain about that.. hence , most likely , the reason it is a hand slot.

With that said, I haven't dug into 1h vs 2h wands/ staff animations much... so I could be wrong, but this is just a quick guess as to how it could end up like this.
