I am having....the weirdest connection issues

My game will randomly lose connection to the server and kick me to the lobby just...in very specific circumstances. For example, if I AFK for an hour and come back, it's fine. Still sat there. If I'm running a dungeon or a raid, fine, I can go the whole run.

However, when I'm done and hit the load screen out, there's a chance I will DC. The exceptions are aquapolis and palace, I can DC in there on room changes/zone changes respectively. The aquapolis one is a tease because I get the aaaaaAAAA noise, then DC right before I find out if it opened or not.

On zone change it's random. Maybe 1/10 chance I will get Dc'ed. It seems more likely the longer it has been since my last one.

I play several online games and have NO connection issues with them whatsoever, and until maybe a couple of months ago, this game was fine too. I'm not sure what has happened to cause an issue with this game alone, especially one of such specific circumstances.
