We are looking for a BLM or SMN (or BRD) for A12s Progression.

About us:

We rebuilt our group after losing key members to the new WoW expansion, real life and various circumstances at the end of 3.3.

The core members of this group cleared A8s together on 19/06 and have raided together since the start of Heavensward, clearing all content before the removal of the lockout.

You are not required to join the FC if you wish to raid with us however you are more than welcome to if you want to do so.

What we're looking for:

The ideal applicant must fit the following criteria:

1: Must be punctual. You accept that you can meet our schedule requirements (see below) and must arrive on time for raid with food and potions ready. We understand that real life issues may occur and ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make a raid.

2: Must know your job and put out good DPS. We're not expecting you to be challenging for top DPS on FFLOGS, but we expect a satisfactory level of DPS and for the applicant to use food and potions to achieve this.

3: Must have access to Discord and Teamspeak. You must have a working mic and be willing to communicate in English. A PC player is ideal but we may consider PS4 players with a proven raid history.

4: Be able to take and give constructive feedback and not take it as an attack on your person.

Schedule:

We currently raid 3-4 times per week at 7:00-10:00 PM Server Time (BST).
We have one member who works 2 nights per week, so we currently schedule on a weekly basis but this may become more fixed in the future (4.0+).
