Japanese website states: パッチ3.45の公開日は11月1日（火）を予定しています。Which is November 1st (Tuesday).
EN website states: Tuesday, November 11, which should be a Friday.
Patch usually happens on Tuesdays, so I believe this is a typo on the EN site?
