Closest would likely be the high allagan robe of casting.

But nothing with that kind of detail

the Dreadwyrm Robe of Casting but it also has wings.

The Replica crafted versions of Dreadwyrm and High Allagan can both be dyed.

look up Void Ark Robe of Casting too.
