Summon and Summonet

Hi everyone:

I don't ussually post here, but I have a request to do about the summoner (sorry if someone post it before, but i haven't saw it).

I'm a summoner and I have the problem that i want to summon shiva and i can`t. The developers told us that it was because they couldn't give to this class new abilites and not to the others. I understand this but...why you only change the skin of the summon instead of giving new ones?

I mean. We have 3 summon: DPS, Ranged DPS and Tank. Well then, why don't you only add new skins to this roles and give them the same abilities than ifrit, titan and garuda have?

For example: you can give Shiva the same rol than Ifrit; Ramuh for Garuda and, for example, Leviatan, for Titan. Then, the summoner only have to choose which egi they want for this summon, summon II or summon III.

I think this could be a great solution for summoners than want to see more summons in our stock without give new abilities and forgetting other classes.

actually there is an egi-glamour system approved by SE... you will be able to glam your 3 egis with different skins.
They said they would release them with HW or shortly after - we summoners are still waiting... : /

Regarding the Las Vegas Liveletter the first glam-skin will be released with the next patch and most probably will be the carbuncle in different colors. it was mentioned that Urangier and Alphinaud have shown us carbuncles in purple along the HW storyline so this is how the glam skin could look like. last infos about the upcoming skins was that they are working on Ramuh and Sephiroth after the carbuncles are released.

This is a common thread topic. It's been discussed to death.

Summoner Egi glamours are being worked on, but I wouldn't count on anything spectacular anytime soon. As much as I would like glamours as soon as possible, the reality is that they aren't going to allocate a lot of resources to creating visual alternatives to just one job.

Also they mentioned it will come to live perhaps in... 3.5? They also mentioned glamours of the 3 basic primals, and Sephirot among them too. But yeah, first we will get Carbuncle glamour.

EDIT: Nearly forgot, any changes to the abilities of the Egi, "if" they do it, it will be at 4.0. "if" they do it.

woa, I didn't Know this, but it's awesome ... or it would be if it was real xD.
Well, let's wait again but i'm reading the 3.45 patch preview and they don't say nothing about this glamour.
