WTF is with Ixal dallies and rank quests. at 10:00 a.m. started Rank quest from 4 to 5 took 3 hours no joke. unable to make HQ nomatter what I did then was stupid at 1% HQ I get HQ all 4. 1 right after another so got past it but now 5 1/2 hours latter only able to do 2 GD dallies cus nomatter WTF I do HQ never shows. just wondering whats up I'm at the point to quit entire game because of this.

Are you using any quality raising abilities at all? Cause if not that's why. You should be able to complete these at most levels with ease and relatively fast.

You have 2 basic abilities for crafting: Basic Synthesis and Basic Touch.

Basic Synthesis increases Progress. When you reach 100% Progress, you make the item.

Basic Touch increases Quality. When you reach 100% Quality, you have a 100% chance of making a HQ item.

The trick to crafting is to increase Quality as much as you can before you reach 100% Progress, while making sure your durability doesn't reach 0.
This is usually done by using Basic Touch (and related abilities) first, then using Basic Synthesis (and related abilities) to reach 100% progress and successfully craft the item.

Dont forget cross-class abilities. Having all classes at 20 is highly advisable no matter what classes you plan to level to max.

And maybe this is too obvious an answer, but ill ask anyway. How is your gear condition? Your crafting equipment wears out and needs repair just like your combat equipment. If your stuff hit 0% durability i would be more surprised if you did get anything to HQ then the other way around.
