My wife did a BiS guide for 3.4 Bard!. Have a look and Injoy. ( For you OCD players that like to see ##)

Its BIS for those playing with low ping but i suggest 700+ SKS to guarantee 2nd empyreal + iron jaws hit before any buff runs out

Acc is a lot low no?
I think the cap for A9S is above 700.
Nope, A12S was 593 or something... For all but tanks. Front was 700+

With 650ish acc I've been hitting 98.5-100% on A9s
The wife , me and 2 other guild members did so,e teating on SSS A12S, and it more like 695-700 Acc for bard. Cap!
