Bahamut seems to be on a Japanese Data Center, did you start there intentionally? There isn't much English activity on the Bahamut server forums, but you may want to check them out for the English speaking linkshells etc.: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forums/792-Bahamut.
