New healer Limit Break not removing weakness?

I've seen the healer LB in its new adjusted form in action a few times over the past week, and while it does revive people without the weakness debuff, it doesn't seem to remove it from already revived party members. And if I'm reading the patch notes right, it should remove existing weakness debuffs as well.

Has anyone else noticed this happening or am I just seeing anomalies/ seeing it wrong?

LB3: Before -> After
No status -> No status
Weakness -> Weakness

So basically, LB3 raises everyone without changing their status, but it does still count as a raise, so the timers restart.

Hm right, then I guess I misread the patch notes. I interpreted it as being a total party revive/refresh, but I guess I had that wrong then. Though I'm sure I've seen it remove existing weakness debuffs from players revived. O_o Anyway, thank you.

Yeah, this change means that healers have to be a little mindful of trying to toss raises around if the LB3 is about to fill and they think they might try resorting to that. The healer LB3 tends to be a lot more successful if it's not resurrecting people into a weakened state >_>

In French:

Les personnages inconscients qui ne subissaient pas l'effet Affaiblissement ne le subissent pas non plus après résurrection. En revanche, ceux qui subissaient déjà Affaiblissement ou Mourant en voient la durée d'effet réinitialisée au moment de la résurrection.

Unconscious people that were not weakened (state) will not be weakened again after resurrection. However, those who were already suffering from weakness or death (status) will see the effect's duration restarted when they get ressurected.
