Can I delete my character and use the same name again?

Yeah, I've deleted chars and remade them with the same name minutes after.

Unless someone steals the name in the time it takes to create a new character, you will be able to use the name.

No, the name becomes unavailable forever along with the character when you hit delete :(.

No, this is wrong. I literally just went and fact checked by making a new character. After deleting her, and then remaking her with the same name I wasn't blocked or made to change it.

Why not just use a Phantasia?

We also didn't have Poe's law back in the day

BTW I have to ask, why don't you use a Fantasia, it seems like less of a hassle than deleing your charatcer, losing certain event items that you will never get back (like the Yo-Kai weapons/minions) and going thought the MSQ from the very beginning again
