Small FC? Looking for more friends?

Me and some friends decided that we want to try and bring together some of the small, tight-knit FC families of Ultros into an alliance LS. We know it can be frustrating to not have enough active members to do content alone, and that nobody wants to disband an FC that has become their home and family just because it's small. No need to do either!
