The Raid Crew Static looking for tanks and dps!

Hello!

We are a group of laid back players that want to try harder content in FF14. We have people who have raided tons and people who have little to no raid experience at all in the group, we are very open as to who we invite, as long as you have the mindset to always improve and are able to accept criticism. we also have a FC as well, its pretty much open to anyone regardless if you are in the static or not.
Currently we are looking for a main tank (pld or drk) a support dps (brd/mch) and a caster dps (smn/blm). Our raid times are around 11PM EST and 1AM EST, twice a week normally on Tuesdays and Fridays with some flexibility.

1 AM EST would be perfect for me, I'm usually not home until midnight or 12:30 on my late week. 11pm EST I could make 2 out of every 3 weeks(that third week being the midnight need). 243 MCH! I've raided all of Coil and just bits of Alexander(scheduling and a3s combined to make my raiding life difficult since hw release) I'll be on about midnight est this evening, I'll look for ya in-game!

UPDATE: We are only looking to fill the main tank role now, we prefer a PLD MT but will be willing to try a strong DRK

We are still looking for a perma maintank, we started alexander but can get you a sophia weapon should you fit well with the group!
