We are a Friendly Crafting/Gathering FC devoted to helping our members thrive in Eorzea by splitting responsibilities between our members. Masters of Trade was founded with the intention of creating a community where resources flow like water and any order can be filled in-house by our Master Crafters.

We ensure that there is someone in the guild who can get you what you need, whether it is an ingredient for a recipe or a piece of high-level equipment. We do this by asking everyone who joins the guild to pick a profession. This profession will be tied to your rank in the guild. The more you contribute, the higher your rank will become.

We have a House in Mist Ward 11 with a workshop inside and an Airship in the works. The houes is a beach side property with material vendors and junkmongers on the inside. It is filled with all the amenities you need, like a chocobo stable and a garden patch all created by our very own members!

At the heart of the FC are 4 RL friends that set out to create something bigger than themselves. We realized that if we each work on a separate crafting and gathering skill we would be able to help each other with equipment and materials.

As we continued to level we started to see the benefits of sharing the weight. We started exchanging materials and equipment with each other free of charge. This quickly allowed us to reach a high-level in crafting and gathering.

Using this system we are now planning on growing our group of friends! We have adopted an order system where you can ask for materials or equipment from your fellow members. You will receive your items and in return, your guild mates will receive contribution points. These contribution points can be used as currency in our FC, you can use it them to rank up or to exchange for HQ gear and jewlery.

We are mainly a tradecraft guild however, we do not neglect combat. We run Duties, Fates, the Hunt, level up our Combat Classes and help with game progression. If you do not wish to level up a crafting/gathering class then you can become a hunter. You will help to gather materials from mobs that might be needed by other members for crafting. You will still be held accountable to contribute to the guild in this way, but in return, we will be able to provide you with better weapons and armor to continue your hunt.

We are still a small guild, but we are growing quickly. Right now there are a lot of things that are still undecided. This means that there is a lot of room for input as well as leadership positions. Please make sure to read below on how to join us if your interested.

I realize this is an old post - I am a new player, with friend in your guild. I play on EST (east coast - US), and I would like to apply for your guild.
