Anyone else a little disappointed with seeing the same messages over and over again?

For example:

I think the applications could use a little flavor.

"Got tired of working in a pillow house"
"I lost all my money to a Lalafell businessman in Ul'dah"
"Twin Adder pay is shite"
"I lost me ship chasing Siren's tail"
"Proper schooling for the little ones is too expensive"
"Gal took me gil and ran"
"I want a drama-free work environment" (Gold Saucer recruit)

Only if one of the reasons for enlistment is

"I love punching nerds"

The lines tell you what Challenge Log entry got them for you.

For example, nearly all of my recruits came from GS challenges, so they all have the line about balancing work and play.

Yeah, the system doesn't really offer anything to us regarding the personalities of the recruits. In general there's nothing valuable coming from it.

Also, lol, I just dismissed that exact recruit this morning.
