Recent Lags/Latency/Rubberbanding Issues

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with constant lags and rubberbanding for approx. 3 weeks now. It makes the game unplayable at all:mad:

I am using connection via cable (I turned the Wi-Fi off), UPC fiber connection. I didn't have any problem with connection till now. It started before the latest patch. I also tried WTFast - no significant help. There isn't any interval when these issues occur, for me it seems this is constant problem :confused:

I can't play the game because of these issues - menus won't open, freezing, etc. :(

Does anyone have the same issues as me? Any possible help? I tried to find some informations here on forums and also googling it - without help. :(
