Switch between ALT and CRTL macro pallets does not happen

Problem Description
1) Hold down CTRL. The CTRL macro pallet appears.
2) Hold down ALT without releasing CTRL
3) Release CTRL

Current Behaviour
The UI continues to display the CTRL macro pallet.

Expected Behaviour
Upon releasing the CTRL key the ALT macro pallet should be displayed.

This problem also exists when going the other way (ALT->CTRL)

I want to make it so I have to hold down alt or ctrl to use my macros like in ffxi if u let go of alt the alt macros go away and same for the ctrl macros is this possible in ffxiv?
