Has anyone else here has this quest bug out on them? What I mean is that even though I have the appropriate levels in Botanist, it still doesn't allow me to accept the quest and remains unavailable for me to pick up.

Has anyone else here has this quest bug out on them? What I mean is that even though I have the appropriate levels in Botanist, it still doesn't allow me to accept the quest and remains unavailable for me to pick up.
I guess you have finished ARR master quest and have been to Ishgard. So the only thing it remains is have you done the second lv. 50 class quest in Gridania?
