Dude, Wheres my drg looking for WHM/AST for progression

Midcore static with somewhat flexible raiding schedule is looking for a WHM/AST healer. We aim to raid 15+ hours a week and clear content ahead of the curve, before transitioning to sale runs and speed kills.
We've managed to clear A9s and A10s in the first week of the patch, spending less than 8 hours on progression, and we want to ride out that momentum through A11s and A12s aswell.
Our attitude towards raiding is casually hardcore, maintaining relaxed and fun raiding environment without needless pressure, while still doing our best to clear content at a decent pace and maintain a somewhat high skill level. We are not world first group, but we do expect everyone to perform adequately, own up to their mistakes and learn quickly.

What we're looking for is:

• understanding of your class
• ability to balance DPS and healing
• previous raiding experience
• proactive playstyle (knowing when the damage is coming out and preparing for it, rather than healing reactively)
• ability to take constructive criticism and discuss strategies with the group
• fluency in English and ability to use voice communication
• healthy sense for humor
• no ego trips and drama queens

Keep in mind that we're a long term group of friends that raid together and we don't like treating FFXIV as business, so we're looking for people who want to socialize together outside of raids and FFXIV.
