RMT Report Feature Disappears From Chat Window Options

I noticed that the RMT Report Feature disappearing has been reported, but there's not enough information on it yet to get it fixed properly. I hope to remedy that as I know what causes it, but I don't know the exact number required to cause it.

Steps:
1. Do multiple duties without logging out.
2. Check to see if the RMT Report feature is still available when clicking on someone's name in the chat; if it is still available, repeat step one.

How to temporarily fix this bug until a fix is pushed out: Log out and back in

As a reminder, I do not know the exact amount of duties needed to cause this to happen; I just know that every time I have went to report an RMT advertiser after doing a string of duties, I haven't been able to use the RMT Report feature.
