Outfits/minion code question

How are the item codes going to work? Will it be a single code per region that grants both the minion and your choice of outfit, or two separate codes?

Important info for those of us considering purchasing all three streams; I definitely want all three minions and both outfits, but it would be a shame to end up with an extra outfit that I'll never be able to use. I'm definitely hoping the codes are separate, so I can at least give the spare outfit away to an FC mate or something.

Also, will the outfits be storable in the Armoire, either right away or in a (not too far in the) future patch? And when will the previous Fanfest items be added to either the armoire or the Calamity Salvager?
