New Player Looking for FC

I'm a level 56 Monk, but brand new to the game. Interested in all the end game stuff, just powering my way through MSQ to get there. I've been in an FC up until this point however:

- It's so open that people come and leave all the time, there's no sense of community. Most people are just ninja invited.

- The FC leader never talks unless people ask about important stuff, like why did all the high ranks leave.

- The high ranks keep having "personal issues" and rage quitting the FC, only to come back a day later and have their ranks immediately reinstated.

This is bullshit and I want to find a real quality home. I want an FC that's relaxed, social, has a decent number of members (50+) but has rules.
That doesn't put up with this kind of childish nonsense and expect it's officers to be level headed. And a leader that is actually involved.

Important stuff to ensure we get along:

I like:
Loyalty
People who don't give up
People who can put aside feelings to get shit done
Mature people (defined as those who understand words are meaningless and don't try to police other's language for the sake of hurt fee fees)
Older people. By older I just mean... mentality.
People who talk stuff out instead of quitting friendships
Confidence
Take-no-shit-attitude
Positive go-getters
People who don't get offended/ triggered
Leadership
People who know how to chill out
Long romantic walks along the beach, beating up nerds like Urianger.

When you say 50+ do you mean total members ? or members online at once ? Even a place with 50+ total members can be very small with only a few members online at once.

If you just looking for a FC with 50+ total members, perhaps check out Raine Shade's Noble Riff Raff. Its a friendship focused place but with more lenient stances of profanity and personal behavior. Usually when I check they have around 8-10 people online at a time.

However if your looking for a really active FC that has close to 50+ at a time you wont have much luck. Most those groups are pretty fractured and more focused on blind invites rather then actually maintaining a healthy and friendly community. There a few large social FC such as Pekoe but they tend to be strict on profanity and what not.

Hey! Like Rena said, we don't really have restrictions on language and stuff like that, but we do have respect for each other and avoid put-downs (such as using the word "gay" to describe an unfavorable situation. We have several LGBT members and keep the environment friendly for everyone, not just the majority). We currently have 52 members and aren't super-active in FFXIV right now but our group plays multiple games together so really, we use discord as a gamer hub where we can meet up to play games together. Chat is quiet but people will respond when you speak (assuming they're not AFK of course.) As for leadership, we're a good mix of mature and immature. By that I mean people don't ragequit the FC to make a scene, but they do heartily enjoy lewd jokes.

As far as your other points, the officers and I are very good at listening and observing, and I've been called "scary" before so yeah. If you'd like to test us out you're welcome to, though as a disclaimer I do like to throw out that we are a Voip-heavy FC so things will seem fairly quiet if you don't enjoy that.

Oh another thing to add: We keep roughly the same group of people in the FC. By that I mean that it's a big deal when someone leaves (I.E. everyone notices) and it's a big deal when someone joins. New faces are taken into the group but people who don't really want to play with us tend to drift away. With all that being said, you're welcome to try us out either on discord or in the FC (or both) to see if you like how we are.
