I have completed the quest "A Deific Simulacrum", "Judgment Day" and "Of endings and Beginnings" but I don't have Containment Bay P1T6 (Extreme) OR Alexander - The Eye of the Creator (Savage) listed in the duty finder.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I came here actually because I am. I don't have Nidhog's Ballad or Sephirot EX either. I can't find a fix for it either.
Did you press R1 in the RF?
for Alex Savage: Did you receive the quest "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Retells Your Story" from the wandering minstrel in Mor Dhona?
I know I have. It said they were unlocked. And for the case of Sephirot EX, I'd actually attempted it before. And Sephirot and Nid had previously been in my Duty Finder List. Sophia EX and Alex Savage just never appeared.
