Lodestone and in game support contact options stopped working again..

Posted about this last week, where Im never able to use the support options, nothing happens and it wont load so that i can click anything, its just grayed out. The forums here yet again wont load properly, it hangs there forever and unless u abort the load it will never load anything at all. If u abort the load it will load something that looks like html version, but its really hard to navigate and find anything like this. Can u pls do a permanent fix for this, whatever u did last week stopped working sometime either today or past few days for me again.
