Commendation Rollover?

Perhaps in a future patch a feature could be implemented to rollover commendations. By this, I mean that when you are in a pre-formed party, you are unable to commend anyone. What if we could save the commendations that we are unable to give for those instances, and rollover those comms for extra chances to commend in a Duty Finder party? This would help tell players other than the tank and healer that they did a good job, it would encourage feedback and positive behavior, and it would also help people reach mentor when their main class is a DPS. I cannot see a single downside to this feature, and I think it would be a valuable addition to the game. Thank you for looking at my suggestion thread.
