He says this incorrectly. Their way of using 'ten and XXX' in this case, is 'ten and three', which is supposed to mean 13.Quote:

'ten and three' = 13
'ten and thirteen' = ...23?
It's supposed to be in the reference of the 13 different 'worlds' that there are, so someone had a brainfart when typing that in :)
I swear, the second this went live, one of the other translators hit me up asking if I meant to write that line that way. Needless to say, I didn't─you may rest easy knowing that there aren't a whole other mess of shards floating about and complicating our cosmology. Alphinaud and I shall endeavor to count more carefully in the future. Cheers!
