NPC Chat bubble locks up During Zeta Questline (PS4)

Im trying to continue my Zeta questline on my WHM.
I have just finished the quest "His Dark Materia" and have the 4 collected items.

Whenever I go to Jalzahn to and click the option to recreate the weapon, the first chat bubble appears but then when I click next, the chat bubble disappears. With the chat bubble gone, my character is left locked in place still stuck as if interacting with the NPC.

The only way I am able to move is if I force shutdown the game, and re-login.

happen the same to me too, but i am on PC version

great they fixed the problem after the hotfix! a cheer to SquareEnix and their develop team for taking care the problem fast!!
