Quickstride as All Classes, rather than DoW/DoM

Quickstride is an incredibly handy ability. But given it is neither offensive nor defensive in nature, I don't see why it should be restricted to Disciples of War/Magic.

Why can't I equip it as Carpenter, for instance? Given all the running around for local leves, it'd be fantastic to have.

Seems to me if DoL/DoH classes can use a chocobo, they ought to be able to use Quickstride.

(People with desk jobs can still go running, after all :) )

You can change to DoW, use quickstrike, run to the needed camp and give the npc your leve result.
Or rent/use a chocobo
And DoL don't need quickstrike, they have their own running skill

We all have it, it's called a chocobo.

Movement speed is defensive, especially when running the F out of fire or to put distance between you and X AOE attack.

It is also offensive, especially when running back to hit a boss after running away from said X aoe/fire.

The DoL get it too. Not just DoW/M

I agree that its kind of anoying you cant quickstride as a Disciple of Hand/Land.

Quickstride needs its own animation too (instead of a sped up running animation which looks stupid).

The activation animation is annoying too. Why do we have to squat to the ground and "charge up" everytime we want to do quickstride? It should just be sprinting with a cooldown is basically what im saying.

Crafters really need quickstride. I'm running around town all day getting leves mats buffs it would be nice to have. I don't see it hurting the game.
