GM Drazilenoteb

I unfortunately had the experience of having a troll for a tank in WC tonight, but the most pleasant experience came from GM Drazilenoteb, who was swift, courteous and professional.

This was my first GM experience and prompted me to make an account on here after many years, just so I could tell the community that this GM is doing a great job at keeping the game safe from verbal vomit. So impressed! I like to recognize their kind words towards me and offered their apologies for having experienced such toxic behaviour from this particular player. Feels great to be validated!

Thank you again GM Drazilenoteb for your time and keep doing a great job. I'm so very pleased. Next time though, I'd like for you to appear before me and do the Moogle Dance!

Glad I found this thread. I just had a run-in with GM Drazilenoteb, and I have to agree; very professional, very courteous, very helpful. We had a troll healer in AV this time, and my ticket hadn't even been in for an hour before I got a response.

Drazilenoteb has been doing great work on Balmung as well! Both times I've recently had contact with said GM were great: fast, professional, understanding, sympathetic, confident, etc. Keep up the good work. =)

I especially appreciate when a GM confirms that a report is useful and actionable as opposed to responses that feel like my report is just being tossed into a wastebasket. And Drazilenoteb left me feeling like the report was a good one. Not that I don't also appreciate the responses to the effect of "thanks - we'll take whatever action is appropriate (possibly meaning none whatsoever)." But I like Drazilenoteb's better. =)
