[HYPERION][MC][HC][LFM] Static seeking WHM/AST for 3.4 Progression and beyond

We are a highly focused and skilled group looking to fill a permanent opening for our Main Healer.
What we're looking for:
• Incredibly Fluent in their job and all skills and actions available.
• High raid awareness. Be attentive.
• Preparedness. Be ready to go at raid time with food, potions, repairs, and any research needed for progression.
• Access to TeamSpeak. Be willing to communicate with co-healer and tanks to optimize healing and DPS on both parts.
• Willing to offer input on strategies that will best help the group and composition. This is not a dictatorship.

About us:
• Most of us have been together for a long time.
• Every raid tier has been downed pre-nerfs.
• Laid back. We take raiding seriously, but still know how to have fun.
• After content is cleared, we will be optimizing compositions and aiming for server speed runs and individual parses. Every member in 90th+ percentile for our server.
• Crafting for foods and potions available if needed.
• FC raid buffs available
• Group text available to communicate outside of the game

Our raid times are currently 7:30-10:30 Est. Times may fluctuate very slightly for work schedules. During progression, times may be extended and raid days will be as often as possible. After content is cleared and on farm, we'd be looking at 1 day to clear and any other day for speed runs, parse runs, challenge runs, etc. Our current progression is last phase of A11S.
