FAN EXPO - Please ask about moving!

If someone going to Fan Expo reads this, and you get an opportunity to ask the devs a question, please ask about moving. They've delayed it far too long.. I don't think they realize how many people would like to do this.

At first it was supposed to come before new wards. Then with apartments, then after apartments.. Getting pushed back continually gets frustrating.

It was never supposed to come before new wards, nor was it supposed to come with apartments. The most recent live letter that talks about this feature mentions it being added after apartments.

While they have added more wards since then, we don't have an Ishgard housing area yet.

They said it in previous live letters and on the housing timeline image about a year ago.

Of course if you reference only the most recent live letter you are going to see that. That my whole point. They keep moving it...

Actually IIRC when the moving house feature was first mentioned the only caveat was that it would come before Ishgardian housing. It was never given any timeframe reference for new wards or apartments. Since we don't have housing in Ishgard yet it's not been delayed in any form. We just know it's a feature being worked on with nothing to gauge a release window by.

For what it's worth, the orchestrion took nearly two years to come out after being announced and it's been 16 months since the egi-glamour system was announced. Yoshi has a habit of revealing things that are extremely early in the development pipeline. You may be waiting a long time yet before the moving house feature is implemented.

hope they increase item limit first, that too, is way way way way overdue. shameful SE
