Steps:

I played back in 1.0 with this Character then when 2.0 released I had made a new one on the American servers. I recently started back this character cause of my Legacy tattoo which I really like and learned learned from another player that there was also a Legacy Chocobo given to Legacy players but I never got one.

Legacy chocobos were only given to players who earned Legacy status which was gained by paying for 3 months worth of subscription during 1.0. All characters created during 1.0 received the legacy tattoo, but not all account/character's earned Legacy status which is why you did not receive a chocobo.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Thought it might have been a mistake and I wouldnt have been able to remember how many months I paid for back then only knew what lvl I had gotten to. Thanks again and have a nice weekend :)
