Honestly don't know if this is the right place to post but, today I renewed my account, after that I tried to pay for my retainers but I keep on getting an error when I tried to get them, so I tried to convert my money to crystals) couldn't even get the crystals) that didn't work either. I even tried to a gift cards, both ways but it refuses to accept my card, does anyone know what is happening? also on my credit card there was a charge from SE that was just 1 dollar, does anyone else know what this is?

found out its because my credit card people saw the charge I made and refused to let me purchase from mog station again, and apparently mog station blocked my account so now I'm trying to see when it will be lifted or if it can lifted early.
