Problem Receiving Grand Company Seals from Roulette

When doing the daily Duty Roulette: Leveling it displays that I should receive 1428 Storm Seals (Grand Company), but I only receive 250. I also do not receive the bonus from the daily. I have watched this closely the past couple days and I am sure that this is an ongoing problem.

I believe this has been happening for a couple weeks, but cannot say exactly when it started. I only noticed it when I started running out of ventures (which I had been spending the seals on).

I have restarted the client with no change. I also advanced my Grand Company rank hoping that might trigger some kind of reset, but with no luck.

I think there IS a problem actually with Leveling. The bottom portion of the reward is the additional bonus you get for being the 'Adventurer in Need (Class)' this portion, is not being applied correctly every the time. For example, Yesterday (10/01/2016) when doing the Leveling roulette I received the 'Adventurer in Need (Class)' bonus but not the base, however I was not the needed class. Today, however it worked properly, the only notable difference is we had a first-time completion bonus, compared to the previous day. Both times it was Bowl of Embers (Ifrit), both time it was Tank in need while also both times I healed.

While my sample size is small, it does show a problem with how its being calculated. -- A thought occurs to me, the Guildhests roulette bonus is 50% on seals, while the Leveling bonus is 400%, not sure if that is a mistake or what...
