Stuffed toys on beds, please.

Dear devs, who may or may not ever see this thread.

I'd like my character to have an incredibly girly and feminine room. You know, hearts and unicorns, pink where possible, chocobo and moogles and carbuncle...Oh my!
Just because she's the Warrior of Light, that doesn't mean she isn't a female.
Now, you've given sufficient enough tools for this.
However, something doesn't feel right.

Stuffed animals.

Now, there is totally a nice sized collection of fluffy cuddly stuffed things, however one of the most common places for those stuffed animals happens to beeeeee...You guessed it, atop beds.
You probably read the title though.

Please make it happen somehow.

Until SE makes it happen, you can work around it by putting a table with the right height inside the bed, put the plushies on top of it, disable the placing option below grid snapping whose name eludes me right now, move the plushie elsewhere and cancel it with right click, then move the table elsewhere.

What should happen is that the plushies stay floating in the air. Except there naturally shouldn't be air, but rather the bed below.

Me too! I was just thinking about that yesterday. It's totes weird that we can't do that, but ended up thinking that it might be better to wait until they can increase the item placement restrictions. Totally for it though.

This would really be a great thing to implement around Christmas time.

I'd love that! I want to put stuffed toys on my bed, I tried it but I could not, so I ended up putting it on a piece of furniture (no idea what it is in English) next to the bed. There are a few stuffed toys I'd to add at some point. So yes, allow us to put furnitures on the beds.

I have a Riviera Bed, which table would allow me to do this trick?

Map Table. Not sure what the exact name is. I'm having Tonberry bed in my bedroom and placed a stuffed Goblin on it with the map table. Just use levitating trick with it and you can put as many plushies on your bed as the inventory of your house allows. It's the perfect height!

Please include the Mhachi Coffin.

Agree op, I recently suggested via the in game suggestions to remove the "tabletop" label on items. (in fact all the "labels", outdoor, indoor etc)

I would really prefer to be able to place any items on top of each other and tilted in any direction without the restrictions we have now. Something as simple as stacking a few wine barrels in a corner ...or like you said having stuffed toys on beds etc.

Complete freedom to place items anywhere we choose would be a step in the right direction for housing to slowlyyy become more player creative and enjoyable without having to MacGyver a way to get around so many limitations already.

Also would love to be able to suspend items mid air, and rotate on all axis so we could have a chair that has been knocked over for example, or a spilled drink on the floor
