Game Crashing in Housing Ward since 3.4 (or subsequent hotfix/patches)

So I noticed this problem recently that half of the time if I teleport/zone in/log in to the Housing Ward that my FC house is in in Mist my game either full out crashes or I get 90002 error.

This started happening after the Wednesday or Thursday hotfix patch I believe, but unsure if it was that or 3.4 in general.

Problem: Game crash (FFXIV Has Stopped Working) or 90002 upon teleporting to/logging into/returning to ward 9 Mist. It doesn't happen every time but really often.

Zone/Area: Ward 9 Mist housing area (This is the housing ward my FC house is in and cannot confirm if other wards have same problem or not, havent tested it)
