Switch to idling camera when AFK no longer activates

Steps:
1. Go afk after 5 minutes
2. Game doesn't switch to idling camera despite being selected in options.
3. Tried deselecting, applying setting, then reselecting and applying setting again.
4. Tried client restart.

Other note: Using /icam still works. It's only the option in system configuration that appears to not work anymore.
