You forgot to swap the inventory grid that represents our earrings/choker and both rings as dots.
For example, unequipping earrings which are in slot 1, will show them unequipped in slot 2 on the inventory grid and vice versa, and unequipping your right ring will show the left ring unequipped on the inventory grid and vice versa.
