Frame Rate issue on ps4 since update

Medium size server (maybe a bit bigger), and i have notice that in some area, the frate rate has worsen on ps4, idylshire (yes i know, shh), gold saucer, 24ppl raids (i actually had to make the battle effect of others limited).

As for idylshire, in the morning there would be zero issue, but now it's always lagging as if it's packed with 50 ppl, and that's not talking when it's actually packed...im pretty sure my frames go below 20, which is really irritating going through that area.

Gold saucer is usually empty but i get frame rate issue there too, easily noticeable to the naked eye, screen tear when moving the camera around at the blue crystal and near the daily cacpot.

24ppl raid was bareable before, but now i have to play with battle effect of others to limited cause it hinder my DPS/Healing reaction time.
