FFXIV is laggy and is also causing lag. Any assistance/info would be great, ty!

It's definitely FFXIV. I play other MMO's and also run multiple tabs on chrome, etc with no issue. I run VOIP services such as vent, teamspeak, discord, you name it. I never have any issues until I open up FFXIV. FFXIV itself gives me the disconnect symbol, and gives me huge lag spikes. It seems like it also effects my VOIP services as well. Why is it just FFXIV that causes it? Not other games, not having a bazillion (tbh never more than 7) tabs open in chrome, not voip programs. Just FFXIV =(

I love the game. Any assistance would be wonderful.

I'm wired, my ISP is decent, I can't understand why I'm only having the issues while FFXIV is running.
