Unable to use second chance 'Retry' action after obtaining 9 Wondrous Tails seals

The Wondrous Tails second chance 'Shuffle' action clearly states that it can only be used when between 3 and 7 seals have been applied; the 'Retry' action mentions no such restriction and I can't seem to find anything reinforcing this in game or in the patch notes, inferring that either text outlining the restriction of this action hasn't been added, or that it isn't working as intended... feel cheated out of MGP and Tomes D:

Steps:
1. Obtain Wondrous Tail 'Second Chance' points (had accumulated 6 at the time of incident.)
2. Complete 9th Wondrous Tail duty (Ifrit Ex in this case.)
3. Apply 9th seal.
4. Select 'Second Chance'.
5. Select 'Retry' action.

There is no point in using retry when you already have 9 seals, as it only moves the duty complete tag, so you can do the same duty again to get another sticker. It does not change any stickers.

Ahh I see, that makes sense, thanks. For some reason I thought each sticker was exclusively associated with a duty and so Retry would also swap the sticker. Ah well, will be sure to save those Shuffle points for next week!
