Missing Mount after World Transfer

Hi All,

I moved servers from Odin over to Sargatanas to play with some old friends. This was back on 17/09. Now I also play XIV with my partner who I am married to in-game. She transferred over shortly after I did and our marriage items still worked (I was worried about the marriage not carrying over etc).

However I noticed that I am missing the Ceremony Chocobo which I had actively used. I opened a report in-game and was told that there was nothing in-game that they could do, and I should report the issue on here.

Has anyone had similar issues?
