Countdown Feature ( in Duty Finder)

While this new feature is very usefull and I love it,I'm running into more and more instances where impatient dps or healer players are activating the countdown before the main tank is ready to pull and most ppl don't pay attention to who initiated it and thus they run in starting the fight and in many times causing a wipe.

Could this feature be made only available to the tank players of the party when using duty finder? For premade parties and PF parties it's fine for anyone to be able to use it since chances are everyone will be on the same page.

But right now from personal experience I'm finding this feature abused by impatient players or players looking to troll and it can cause a wipe or just make things a lot less fun than they could be.

Now I know that some might say "just kick the troll" but this (in duty finder) can be mostly avoided by not letting dps or healers activate a pull countdown. On the off chance that the troll turns out to be the offtank then sure I'm sure the party will agree to either make him main tank if he is gonna do the countdown,or just kick him.
