Wondrous Tails Seals Cannot be Accepted for Completed Objectives (How to fix inside)

Steps:
My internet went down immediately after exiting a Trial that was a Wondrous Tails objective. After logging back in I had the issue. (Without closing the client)
1.Open up Wondrous Tails book
2.Click on completed objective for Wondrous Tails
3.Completion SFX plays, no seal received. Mark is still over the objective square. Can do this infinitely.
4.Completing a different step and trying to receive a seal for that step results the same.

Using 2 bonus points to shuffle seal positions did not resolve the bug.

The only thing that resolved the bug was completely closing the client and logging back in.
