[Request] Add some benches outside of Apartment.

Ok so I was wandering the wards and I am learning one thing... People would rather enjoy being OUTSIDE the Apt and socializing then inside the lobby. Would be nice to have some seats out here! After all, Why not? Nice area to chill. MB and Bell right here too. Good View to go with that RP tag now.
