The 4th hairstyle is acquired via a Modern Aesthetician book.
Don't know where you get it though

Not exactly from the new floors actually I seen someone with the hairstyle last night it's obtainable from the accused hoard in PotD which atm ik that you can get from floors 1-10 however it is rng based however many accursed hoards u find is how many of the items u will get 2 take the the expedition bishop standing next to the person you would get ur PotD weapons from
