HC GMT+8 Static LF Caster

Hi, we are currently looking for a committed BLM/SMN to complete our roster for 3.4 hardcore progression. Our raid time is 8pm-11pm GMT+8 daily; on weekends we will be doing extra 2-3 hours of raiding depending on our availability. Our goal is to get a respectable clear time for this tier; raid schedule may get a bit more lax as we progress, so the sooner we clear the better it will be for all of us.

Despite not having a team history that goes as far as other HC progression groups in the server, we are comprised of experienced players capable of competing at a high level. Expectations:
1. Punctuality
2. Punctuality (not a mistake, it is a very serious matter. please give us an advance notice if you can't make or will be late to raid)
3. 100% focus and playing your class to a high standard
4. Maintain a positive and constructive attitude towards progression
5. Have a voice-comm, we're using TeamSpeak3 for raid com
