Game Crashes and graphical issues

So, for a while now I have had issues with Final Fantasy XIV crashing...use to get the "stop working" message, now it just disappears as well as acting weird after i boot it back up. All of this is totally random, I could be just standing around or in a dungeon. I have added an image of the issue with the graphics after reboot and my computer specs. Thank you
